OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Through generous donations from our community and volunteers with big hearts to put in the work, we strive to bring greater Christmas joy to local underprivileged children and their families in the Ozarks who may not otherwise experience it.
WHAT WE DO
We reach out to local schools to request a list of eligible children who may benefit from our program.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CHARITIES?
GOC sends the school a form for parents to complete, which asks for specific toys on their child's wish list and also asks if there are any basic needs for their child, such as clothing and shoes.
Therefore, not only does the child receive a gift from their personal wish list,
but we are also fulfilling basic human needs.
To top it off, we have a loyal sponsor, who provides a full Christmas Dinner
for the whole Family to enjoy.
If you would like to donate...
YOUR GIFT WILL MAKE A REAL IMPACT ON LOCAL CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
Thanks to the generous support of donors, Children will wake up Christmas morning and feel the joy and hope that the holiday represents.

BRINGING FAMILIES CHRISTMAS JOY 2022
One particular family caught our eye this year.
On the children's Christmas wish and needs list, the mother stated that she had no beds for her three children.
We posted a request for help on social media and the community's response was AMAZING!
Not only did GOC receive adequate donations to purchase three complete beds, but there was a surplus that we used to provide the family with essential household items such as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies and personal care items like toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair care and body wash.
The children were so full of joy about having beds, they began to assemble them immediatly.
We asked the Mother, Leslie, "How has Greater Ozarks Charity helped you and your family this Christmas?"
She replied, "Life-changing; giving my kids a brand new bed is something I could never do".
